Tags and articles are different components.
Though Tags can be used by other components.
Menu items for tags display a list of articles (or other content items) that use the selected tags.
But these articles still need a menu-item. Either directly (Single Article) or through its category (blog/list).
If these articles are not linked through a menu-item the layout of the default menu-item is used.
That's why you get the blue color instead of red.
Move the articles of Gewerberegister for Ottenhofen, into the category (or subcategory) for Ottenhofen.

A good idea is to write down/draw your structure: create a menu tree/content tree.
What do you want to display, where and how?
What menu-item type would be fitting? (I.e. single article, category blog etc.)
Think about the category structure: categories/sub-categories.
Do you need tags? If so, think about parent tags and child tags.
You can make menu-items of type category blog/list and only display articles with certain tags.
Do note: if multiple menu-items link to the same category, but with different tags, articles use the layout of the first menu-item with that category...
